If you have processed a dispute with your bank/ credit card company, the amount of time between the initial dispute and the the closing of the dispute may vary per merchant.
Depending on the merchant, this process can take up to 45 days.
After the dispute is made, the merchant will provide a notice to Succession Link.
Succession Link will then have approximately 14 days after the notification to submit any evidence pertaining to the disputed account.
Once evidence is submitted, the merchant will then review evidence submitted by both parties to determine the conclusion. This time frame has varied depending on the merchant company.
Any refunds made as a result of a dispute can take up to 5-7 business days for transaction to show.
While there are some circumstances for which Succession Link may issue a refund, our Terms of Service states that payments to Succession Link, including but not limited to annual subscriptions, monthly subscriptions, and registration fees, are non-refundable.
We still welcome members to request a refund by completing a Refund Request Form.
For extenuating circumstances, submitting a Refund Request Form will provide a quicker turnaround than the dispute process.
