The number one reason sellers don't reply to a message is if the senders profile information is incomplete. Make sure to include as much information as possible about your practice and complete all sections of your profile to increase your response rates. Some sellers have particular requirements, such as geographical preferences. In these cases, local buyers may receive higher response rates. It may also be the case that the seller missed your last message and may need a reminder. Until you get a reply, we encourage you to continue politely following up on your initial message as often as you're comfiortable with, but please don't send more than one message per week unless absolutely necessary.
